The Rolly Pollies Party Package includes:
An hour of non-stop fun in our outstanding gym facility! What could be better than a 30ft long trampoline, bounce house, rockwall, zip line, foam pit, gymnastics and climbing stations all on a soft padded floor? And it is all for you and your party! One party at a time, and closed to the public! Children are not only supervised, but entertained and enriched by our highly trained staff members. Your party will have a minimum of 2 teachers working in the gym with the children at all times. Parents are always invited in the gym to watch, play, and of course get great pictures!
A half hour in your private party room! Rolly Pollies sets up and supplies party themed paper products (plates, napkins, cups, plastic spoons, forks, and knives, enough for the children and adults at your party) and we tie a balloon to each child's chair to take home! This is the perfect amount of time to serve a meal and cake, or to enjoy cake and gift opening! You provide the food and drinks. Bake your own cake, or order it from your favorite bakery! (We ask that all food be nut free) Our staff is ready to help you use the party room time to the fullest! Through more than 9 years of experience, we have found this to be the perfect amount of party time for children 8 and under. However, we do have some party times available that allow you to extend the time and host a 2 hour party for an additional fee.
The cost of a party is $275.00 and includes the birthday child, their siblings and 15 additional children. A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your time slot. Once a deposit is made for a specific time slot, a $25.00 fee will apply to any change in date or time for the scheduled party. Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the party. If the party date is scheduled within 4 weeks of the date, full payment is due upon reserving the time. No refunds will be given if the party is cancelled less than 4 weeks before the date scheduled.
There is a $10.00 per child fee for every child after 15 (not including the party child and siblings). This will be paid the day of the party. All children who are walking thru 13 years old are counted. We ask that the majority of the children be 8 or younger; children 9 and older are welcome to participate. 30 children is the maximum number allowed for a party, including the birthday child. (20 maximum if the birthday child is turning 7 or 8)
For parties hosting 2 birthday children, an additional fee of $50.00 is required.
