FIT for School: It's not just a child's body that needs exercise, their brain does too! Let Rolly Pollies get your 3 or 4 year olds brain "fit" for kindergarten in this preschool style program. Children will engage in the exploration of literature, journal activities to develop expressive language, craft projects that focus on cooperation, sharing and social skills, circle time with calendar and math based activities, and of course the physical fitness and motor development you and your child love about Rolly Pollies. Running from October through June, all the skills your child will need to be successful in school will be developed here through fine and gross motor skill activities!

4 Year Olds

Our Gymbugs™ are now skilled tumblers, climbers and swingers!! More difficult gymnastics and movement activities are now in place, focusing on improving physical awareness, strength, flexibility and confidence!

This 50 minuteclass explores fundamental sports skills and basic gymnastics/movement skills focusing on improving hand/foot-eye coordination. The first half of the class emphasizes basic techniques including throwing, catching, dribbling, etc. and highlights sports terms and elementary stances including “ready” position, under hand, over hand, etc. The second half emphasizes fundamental movement skills that comprise many of the core gymnastics activities including rolling, balancing, climbing, inversions, hanging, swinging, etc. This is a great opportunity to expose your child to real sports and teamwork for the first time in a fun, non-competitive and non-comparative environment! Different sports are emphasized each session.

Looking for a fitness program for your "tween"? Your 7 - 12 year old is too young for an adult gym and too grown up for a preschool tumbling program. Your "tween" needs something in be"tween". FIT Tween is a non-competitive gym program designed specifically for children ages 7 - 12! Cardio, endurance, strengthening, and weekly challenges will test your child's physical limits in a positive, fun, and nurturing environment. Whether your child is a sports superstar, or desires a non-competitive physical outlet, this program will challenge your child and build physical, social and emotional confidence.

50 minutes We are excited to announce that our Open Gym program has undergone a change. Now called "Fit Gym", we have combined the best of our open gym with the best of our sibling class! This is the perfect opportunity to bring your child, or children for play time with a purpose! We will feature new weekly exercise stations designed to challenge and excite. Being FIT is the focus. Utilizing more than just our basic equipment, we will feature obstacle courses and stations to ensure your children get the most from our facilities every visit. The open play format will stay the same, and we hope your children will try something new and keep moving and having fun in a variety of ways. This program has pay as you go and monthly passes for members and non-members.
